Biography
Eliut launched his career 12 years ago at LaCoupe, moving on to a bicoastal stint at Joseph Martin Salon in Manhattan and L.A. While at the Oribe Salon from 1999 until 2003, Eliut worked very closely with and was influenced by Oribe. He has styled Jennifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz, Jamie Lynn Sigler and Gloria Estefan and traveled extensively with Sheryl Crow during her tour and 2003 awards appearances. His work has also graced the pages of the top fashion magazines and runways. Eliut Rivera’s client list encompasses prominent Broadway producers, interior designers and many of New York’s society women.
Known for glamourous, sexy, chic, sophisticated styles that are the foundation of his reputation as the stylist of choice for top models, fashion elite and celebrities. Eliut has the unique ability to bring out a woman’s inner confidence, making her feel and look absolutely beautiful.
In 2005, Eliut Rivera opened Salon Eliut Rivera on Madison Avenue after a partnership formerly known as EM Studio. Venturing out on his own, Eliut’s salon offers an exclusive styling studio in a landmark Madison Avenue townhouse amid such prestigious courtier houses as Giorgio Armani, Valentino and Chanel. The salon’s discreet ambiance and expert services provide the ultimate setting for discerning clients to relax and receive the magical ministrations of a talented team of stylists and colorists who share Eliut’s passion for creating sexy, vibrant hair. Eliut’s talent has attracted a loyal following of clients, many of whom withstand the LA-to-NY red-eye or travel from Palm Beach and Texas to visit him on a regular basis.

Romantic waves with a youthful heavy bang is a great style which can be worn half up or down. Using a 1" barrel iron can create these waves.
